🧠 GOALS The Teklearn Intern Qualifier Test (IQT) is designed to: Identify skilled learners who demonstrate strong problem-solving and foundational understanding in their chosen domain. Evaluate technical readiness for real-world project work in areas like Django, UI/UX, AI, Flutter, and MERN Stack. Encourage independent thinking and the ability to apply conceptual knowledge practically. Set a performance benchmark for Phase 2 selection, ensuring only qualified, motivated candidates move forward. Promote fair, merit-based recruitment driven by skill — not memorization. 🚀 OUTCOMES By completing the IQT, candidates will: Gain a clear understanding of their technical strengths and improvement areas. Experience a real-world test environment focused on speed, accuracy, and logic. Become eligible for Phase 2 (Technical Task/Interview) if they meet the 85% cut-off.
